No. We only ever ask for the outside: four walls, plus two optional extras if you want them. You choose the interior style and colors, and we draw the rooms from that.
Send the photos anyway. Round towers, split levels, a duplex, a houseboat: if we can draw it, we will, and we'll tell you before we start if it needs a different shape than our usual four walls and a roof.
Yes. Any building you can photograph works, and grandparents' houses are one of the most common orders. Please get the owner's OK first.
We use them to draw your kit and to print it, and nothing else. We never share them or post your home without your permission, and you can ask us to delete them once your kit ships.
Yes. We keep your drawing on file, so a second copy (or a digital kit after a printed one) is a reorder, with no new photos and no new drawing time.
